Nomination Form

Nomination deadline: November 20, 2023

We welcome nominations for the Award of Excellence, Distinguished Service Award, Leadership Award, and the Environmental Stewardship Award at any time. Please note that the Hynes Award uses a separate nomination form.

All nominations received before November 20, 2023 will be considered. Nominations should include (1) a nominating letter (2) one or two letters of support compiled into a single document, and (3) a CV or resume of the nominee.
